Description


•To achieve your area sales target (values, mix of products, area coverage, returns, promotion targets)

•To distribute your area target to your sales team and to ensure that each member in your team is meeting his monthly sales targets.

•To make up lost sales resulting from any weather, technical or other conditions, planning to work in the holidays to meet the work needs

•To play a “hands on “role in the marketplace motivating and directing your Sales team to maximise their sales and maintain high standards of customer service.

•To ensure that each sales member has their day’s route allocated, that they visit each and every shop on the route and log every shop sale on the product record sheet/PDA.

•To review daily product record sheet to ensure it is being completed properly, to query any non-sales and to check that all shops on the route were visited.

•To carry out your daily tasks as assigned on your Daily Task Sheet by the Sales Manager and report back to him at the end of the day on status of the work required to be done that day in addition to your regular duties as listed herein.

•To carefully monitor the market for new developments and changes and report back on these immediately to the Sales Manager.
