Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the friendly face that greets guests upon arrival, manages reservations, and guides them to their seats. Your warm demeanor and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently, optimizing table turnover.
Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, and addressing any initial inquiries.
Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth flow and service.
Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized lobby area.

Qualifications:

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
Ability to manage guest flow and reservations effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred.
