Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate French Cuisine and Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of French culinary techniques, a flair for creativity, and an exceptional ability to prepare delicious breakfast dishes. As the French Cuisine and Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in elevating our dining experience, showcasing your expertise in French cuisine, and delivering outstanding breakfast offerings.

French Cuisine Expertise: Prepare and present authentic French dishes with a focus on traditional cooking methods, flavor profiles, and presentation.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the General Manager to design and update the French cuisine menu, featuring seasonal ingredients and innovative creations.
Breakfast Culinary Delights: Showcase your culinary skills by crafting delectable breakfast dishes catering to diverse tastes, from classic to contemporary options.
Ingredient Selection: Source and select the finest and freshest ingredients for all French and breakfast dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and taste.
Cooking Techniques: Demonstrate proficiency in French cooking techniques, including braising, sautéing, roasting, and baking.
Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during breakfast and French cuisine services, ensuring smooth operations and timely preparation.
Food Presentation: Pay meticulous attention to food presentation, creating visually appealing dishes that align with French culinary aesthetics.
Quality Control: Maintain consistent quality across all dishes, regularly tasting and adjusting flavors to meet our high standards.
Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation practices.
Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Training and Development: Train junior kitchen staff in French cooking techniques, breakfast preparation, and proper kitchen practices.
Creativity and Innovation: Continuously explore new flavors, ingredients, and culinary trends to infuse creativity and innovation into the menu.
Required Skills:

Proven experience as a French Cuisine Chef with a strong foundation in traditional French cooking techniques.
Demonstrated proficiency in crafting a wide range of breakfast dishes, from classic to contemporary offerings.
Innovative and passionate about experimenting with flavors and presentations to create unique culinary experiences.
A meticulous approach to food preparation and plating, ensuring precision and consistency.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Flexibility to adjust menus and recipes based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Collaborative attitude, willing to work alongside other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
Education and Experience:

A culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a French Cuisine Chef with expertise in preparing traditional French dishes.
Previous experience specializing in breakfast preparation is highly advantageous.
