Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to users.
Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues.
Log and track support requests in the service desk system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or experts.
Assist with software installations and configurations.
Maintain accurate records of support interactions.
Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
Keep users informed about the status of their requests.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Familiarity with help desk software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized approach.
Previous experience in IT support is a plus.
Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are beneficial.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent.
