We are seeking a Marketing Staff to join our team. As a Marketing Staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing department in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, engage with customers, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email)
– Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
– Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
– Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to enhance brand presence
– Maintain and update databases of customer information for targeted marketing activities
– Provide support in organizing and executing customer surveys and feedback collection initiatives

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
– 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or entry-level positions acceptable)
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms
– Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
– Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
