We are seeking an experienced and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team at a 5-star hotel restaurant. In this position, you will enter and process orders and customer information, maintenance data entry systems, and ensure all customer information and records are up-to-date and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for data accuracy. If you have the required skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and manage inventory data entry.

• Establish and maintain database spreadsheets and other record keeping systems.

• Input and compile large amounts of data into the company’s databases.

• Ensure accuracy of customer data entry and order entry.

• Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Utilize software to generate reports, invoice customers, and track orders.

• Follow all data entry processes to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and data entry roles.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and organization skills.

• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain strict attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications and databases.
