Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety measures to prevent the spread of infections within the clinic.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle medical emergencies, providing immediate care and notifying appropriate medical personnel as needed.

Medical Equipment: Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in working order and readily available for patient care.

Quality Assurance: Contribute to the clinic’s quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

Education: Possess a valid nursing degree (RN or LPN) from an accredited nursing program.

Licensure: Hold an active and unrestricted nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.

Experience: Previous experience working in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
