Description


Be accountable of the respect of the company’s policies and procedures related to payments, cash and financial / fiscal compliance
Have ownership and embody of cash/card handling and client data procedures, grey parallel market, and data collection
Monitor the balancing sheet and aim for no payment discrepancies by ensuring deposits, exports and potential outstanding payments are followed up
Manage crossovers, inversions and losses occur
Manage the queue system for payments and organize the clients accordingly
Close the sale by “Placing yourself into the Client’s shoes” by responding in a sensitive way, understanding their needs, and forming strong relationships with a loyal number of Clients
Be accountable for the full stock management and personal shopping

As part of the client facing team, you will also be required the following:

Drive and achieve individual and team objectives
Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
Ensure your floor is fully operational daily
Ensure flexibility is provided to managers to support the shop
