Assisting the Manager on daily tasks
Make sure daily operations run smoothly
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Take orders and make sure they are prepared properly before sending out
Supervise personnel’s schedule and duties
Deal with the paperwork
Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner

Monitor payments to suppliers and receipts from customers
Research transaction issues
Staff working times and holiday/sick leave monitoring
Suppliers registration and claims/queries handling
Customers front-end management and allocation of job profiles to CS team members
Schedule and monitor interviews and office meetings
Organize office and file managing
First level customer support and forward issues to relevant departments
Daily financial issues management and monitoring
