Development, managing, and maintaining our Shopify-based online store, including adding and updating product listings, managing inventory, and processing orders.
Experience working with 3rd party services and APIs, specific plugins for Shopify
Write optimized product descriptions for SEO, incorporating the best keywords and ensuring that they are compelling and accurate.
Work with our marketing team to create and execute promotions, sales, and other marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing our store’s performance.
Please provide outstanding customer support via email, phone, and live chat, responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, and share insights and recommendations with the team to improve our online store continuously.
Requirements:

At least 1+ years of experience in e-commerce and Shopify administration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and external partners.
