Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic products.
• Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor flow of activities between related departments production.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Set up machines and equipment
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain budget and financial records according to company policies.
• Proofread company documents before printing and releasing.
• Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions
