Margarine processing plants, handling independent operations. Date coding machines operation & handle minor break downs

Key Responsibility Areas

Must have product knowledge & difference in Industrial & consumer margarine, Butter & butter blends, various types of shortening & Specialty fats Product appearance, taste & texture etc
Have Knowledge about GS & Chemtech SCADA system
Have complete knowledge about GS CIP control system
Have complete Knowledge about GS & chemtech Plant startup & Shut down process
Have complete knowledge about recipe loading, Product change over, melting plant, handling of oil soluble emulsifiers , water/milk phase preparation, Blending , addition of ingredient & processing through pasteurization, HPP pump, Crystallization (SSHE) Kom binators , Kneading through pin rotator , swing bend , Resting tube & nitrogen generator etc
Have complete knowledge for ammonia compressor operation
Have knowledge about plant utilities air pressure, steam, hot water etc
