Description


Job purpose:

Responsible for material receiving, storage preservation, issuance, and logistics. Organise, monitor, maintain inventory & storage area, and manage warehouse facility.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

? Key accountabilities and decision ownership: (max of 7 accountabilities not main or daily duties or tasks)

? Pick and pack products in a timely manner after updating work log to ensure the accuracy of data.

? Label goods that have arrived at the warehouse and fulfilment centres and record received items.

? Check and inspect received goods to ensure quantity and quality as per the log document.

? Monitor and maintain inventory stock to avoid running out of items.

? Document & fill all data into system or manual recording system on time to have accurate inventory record.

? Ensure that items are placed in racks and pallets in an organised manner that it may not cause any damages.

? Follow and adhere to the safety measures while loading and unloading of items, issuance, and storage to avoid any accidents.

? Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation .

? Remove hazardous products from the warehouse to maintain safe workplace.

? Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch and delivery of items.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

? High school graduate or any relevant discipline

? 1 – 2 years or experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Planning

? Familiar with SAP or equivalent systems.

? Advance Excel skills
