Expin is seeking experienced Outbound Telesales Representatives to join our team and promote our services. In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoy flexible hours, and benefit from an excellent commission structure. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest in our offerings, and booking appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Expin’s services and generate interest.
Utilize provided scripts and sales techniques to effectively engage potential customers and gauge their needs.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve and exceed performance targets for call volume, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and sales techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends.
