Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and moderate user-generated content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Review and approve/disapprove user comments, posts, and messages in accordance with our community standards.
Respond promptly to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Identify and report spam, inappropriate content, and other violations of our community guidelines.
Monitor trends and provide insights to help shape our social media strategy.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and improve customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, policies, and tools, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and content strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
