Description


We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at SINOTRANS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a consistently high quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and the SINOTRANS Organization. This includes answering customer inquiries, arranging documents and filling, resolving customer complaints and queries, maintaining records of all transactions and interactions with customers, upselling services, building long-term relationships with customers, and providing general and support services on a local level. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will check and raise invoices as per company objectives, identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with the systems functionality, assist management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects, and provide backup to the team manager when required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, have problem-solving abilities, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
