We are looking for an Administrative Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit that will manage the administrative needs including grant administration, communications management, and support to the CEO, Board of Directors

Responsibilities:

The administrative manager would be responsible for managing visa applications for employees and clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
The administrative manager would be responsible for managing the DMCC portal, ensuring that all required information is up-to-date and that the portal is being used effectively.
The administrative manager would be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies to ensure that all required documentation is provided and that policies are in place for employees and clients.
The administrative manager would be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications, DMCC portal activity, and insurance policies.
The administrative manager would be responsible for managing budgets related to the visa process, DMCC portal, and insurance policies.

Support of CEO and Board member on day-to-day operations
Requirements and skills:

Higher Education
Fluent in English
