Job Description
At Versailles Spa and Salon, we take pride in providing an exceptional spa experience for our guests. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including providing superior customer service and managing a staff of professional massage therapists and other professionals.

You will also be responsible for setting daily schedules, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to ensure continued success. You will help create a relaxing atmosphere that allows guests to fully enjoy their time here. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about the spa industry.

Candidate Requirements
1. Establish a strong professional reputation and positively impact customer satisfaction through effective communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
2. Monitor the daily operation of Spa staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
3. Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase client base and revenue targets.
4. Recruit, train, motivate and manage the spa team, with an emphasis on fostering professionalism and excellence in customer service.
5. Manage financial resources and achieve budgetary objectives, including assessment of sal analysis.
