Description


· Should have at least 3-5 years of experienced in MEP HVAC Engineer for FITOUT works, especially F&B restaurants that requires different type of exhaust systems for selections as per required design.

· Review, check and supervise the fabrication and install HVAC mechanical equipment at Site as per Client requirements in both large and small projects.

· Consult and checking of on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects as needed to create and/or modify the design.

· Develop and oversee all aspects of production including selection of HVAC equipment, Duct fabrication, testing, and implementation of systems.

· Prepare Material List per project as per required materials.

· Serve as Project Leader to coordinate with Project Managers, MEP Coordinator, Client and Supplier during the project phases.

· Designation of team as per site and project requirements.

· Can able to meet and allocated expenses as per budget for each project site.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Punctual and able to meet deadlines

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

· Bachelor’s degree plus experience in the HVAC engineering industry
