We are looking Front Desk Operator for our hotel in Dubai, located in the heart of the city, we are hiring some enthusiasts to join our award winning team!

We are looking for vibrant & fun Front Office Agent to come on board. We are looking for someone who will go beyond the Ordinary for the guests…. and each other.

This person in their role will be required to:

·Greet the guest with a genuine smile and ask how to assist them

·Provides personalized service to a guest

·Create a conversation with the guest to know their needs and how to assist them

·Monitor the cleanliness of the lobby and forecourt of the hotel

·Assist guest with their luggage from the door up to the room

·Inform the guest about the facilities they have in the room, timing of the Health club and F&B outlets

·Answers any queries of the guest thru e-mail

·Handle’s guest complaints.

·Communicate with the Sales department whenever there is a group that needs special requirements.
Previous experience in the UAE is preferred
