Prepares and then follows up on any quotations.

Prepares and then follows up on any Pro forma Invoice.

Responsible to issue purchase orders.

Responsible to Issue and follow up Sample Request

Prepares material stocks request.

Attends incoming and outgoing calls.

Prepares Technical Submittal.

Coordinates with customers for any clarifications needed on price revision, technical issues etc.)

TAX Invoices: counter checking if all the details are correct.

Prepares Certificate of Analysis as per client request.

Maintains Credit Application records.
