Description


1. Purchasing & Procurement activities for construction. Materials, Hardware, Sanitary, Chemical, Plywood, and other required services.

2. Sourcing & Awarding Subcontractor for facilities and Properties maintenance.

3. Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver the high-quality product at competitive pricing

4. Verifying the tender’s quotation for technical details as per BOQ.

5. Negotiate with suppliers& subcontractors on pricing and payment terms

6. Nominating the subcontractors based on the price, terms & conditions.

7. Issuing Purchase Orders/Agreement draft for Subcontracting works

8. Reviewing the terms and conditions of the Agreement draft as per approved standard.

9. Submitting daily reports to the Manager
